Trexo Home Reservation
Thank you for placing a reservation for the Trexo Home program. By making a $99 promo reservation fee, you have secured your spot on the waitlist for the Trexo Home. Once the reservation is confirmed by a Trexo Robotics representative, we will begin the process of formally placing an order.
The $99 refundable reservation fee is to secure your spot on the Trexo Home waitlist. The $99 reservation fee will be applied as a credit on the total of your first invoice before your device is shipped.
Effective Date
Your reservation becomes effective when you have paid your $99 reservation fee and we have received your payment.
Acknowledgements; Non-transferable
You understand that we will not hold your reservation fee separately or in an escrow or trust fund or pay any interest on your reservation fee. Your Reservation is not transferable or assignable to another party without the prior written approval of Trexo Robotics.
Product Fit Assessment
You will be asked to provide videos of your child’s walking or standing during the assessment. You will also be asked to provide contact information of the child’s Physiotherapist, Physiatrist or Doctor (supervisor). Trexo Robotics reserves the right to conduct assessments involving a discussion with the child’s supervisor or external supervisors to ensure a good fit with the Trexo Home unit.

$99 Reservation Fee Promo Terms
Deposit Requirement: The standard lease and purchase pricing for the Trexo Home encompasses a mandatory down payment of $1,000. It is important to note that the $99 reservation fee does not constitute a discount. Following the payment of the $99 reservation fee during the promotional period, a remaining balance of $901 is required to fulfill the $1,000 down payment, which will be integrated into your initial invoice.
Promotional Eligibility: This promotional offer is exclusively applicable to the Trexo Home, and the Trexo Plus is explicitly excluded from the promotion.
Reservation Fee Purpose: The $99 reservation fee secures your place on the waitlist and facilitates the completion of the assessment process for the Trexo Home to ascertain your child’s eligibility for its use. Furthermore, the assessment assists the Trexo team in determining the appropriate sizing for the Trexo Home and Rifton Dynamic Pacer, along with identifying any necessary accessories required for postural support. Subsequent to this evaluation, you will receive an email detailing the comprehensive price of your Trexo Home and a breakdown of this cost.
Promotion Timeline: The $99 reservation fee promotion will commence on October 2, 2023, and conclude on October 31, 2023, at 11:59 PM Pacific Time.
Price Adjustment: Please be aware that the pricing for the Trexo Home is scheduled to undergo an approximate 30% increase in January 2024. However, individuals participating in the $99 reservation fee promotion may still access the 2023 pricing if their agreement is signed and the initial invoice is settled by December 31, 2023, at 11:59 PM.
