Your $499 (CAD) deposit will secure your position on the waitlist to receive the device once production begins. This reservation deposit does not constitute the purchase of a Trexo Home. During this phase, we will begin the assessment to ensure that the device is a good fit for your child.

14 Day Trial
Purchase includes a 14 day trial period to make sure that your child will be confident using this device at home. The device is adjustable in height and can grow with your child. If the device does not work for you, simply return it and we will refund everything you have paid. Your trial start date is the day you receive your Trexo.
Assessment
The reservation deposit begins the process of our internal assessment. During this process, we may require you to provide information about your child, including measurements and videos of them walking. In addition, we may reach out to their Physical Therapist or Physiatrist, to confirm that there are no contraindications that make them ineligible to use the Trexo device.
