Wish-to-Walk with Trexo Robotics
Trexo Robotics is delighted to offer children who wish to experience walking a unique and tailored experience. We will work together with the family to create the magical experience of walking for the child filled with milestones and celebrations along the way.
EXAMPLES OF GOALS TO CELEBRATE:
- Trick or treating while walking
- Completing a 5k race
- Walking through their favorite store
- Being a ring bearer or flower girl at a wedding
- Walking in gym class with their classmates
- Completing a scavenger hunt
- Anything else the child wants to try!
HOW IT WORKS:
Through Wish-to-Walk, the child will get a Trexo Robotics device for 4 months. This includes support from the Trexo Robotics team, training and regular check-ins.
Each child who participates in the Wish-to-Walk will have an opportunity to create their own story and do something they never imagined would be possible.
Wish-to-Walk is made possible through collaboration between Trexo Robotics, Rifton Equipment, Make-A-Wish and many others.

The Wish-to-Walk experience is not available to all children. Trexo Robotics conducts an in-depth assessment of each child to ensure that they can participate in a safe way. The assessment includes a detailed evaluation by Trexo Robotics and an approval by their Physical Therapist or Doctor.
